1. Download the Application Form

• Ensure that you fill out the form accurately and completely.
• No Application Form Uploaded!
2. Application Form Fee
• Pay the application form fee of TZS 10,000/=.
• This payment should be made directly at the CHUO CHA MAFUNZO YA UFUNDI VETA ZANZIBAR ISLAMIC VOCATIONAL CENTRE office in cash.
3. Submitting the Completed Form
• After filling out the form, please send the completed form via email to the following address: info@vetazivtc.ac.tz

4. Confirmation of Application Receipt
• You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been reviewed and accepted by the College.
